Anthony is one of Ratio’s senior subject matter experts specialising in leadership development, organisational change, and modern project delivery practices.

For more than 17 years, Anthony has worked with organisations across multiple sectors helping leaders, programme teams, and PMOs deliver complex initiatives while strengthening the capabilities of the people responsible for making them succeed.

His work focuses on the human side of delivery: helping organisations align leadership, culture, and delivery practices so that programmes and projects achieve their intended outcomes.

Anthony has designed and delivered hundreds of leadership, project management and organisational development programmes across industries, supporting organisations such as AstraZeneca, Fujitsu, Sage, Bentley, RBS, European Space Agency and the Co-operative Bank.
